Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Excellent — apartment described as spotless and very well presented; housekeeping (Parban/Pavan) singled out for exceptional attention to detail.

Service

Mixed — several staff praised for helpfulness and professionalism (Anchil, Raj, Aanchal, omelette-station attendant), but check-in experience with one receptionist (Simran) was rude, involved a long wait and poor communication; only one key card issued caused inconvenience.

Room Quality

Generally very good — spacious, bright and stylish apartment with comfortable living areas, but issues noted with the bed feeling like two singles pushed together, a very thin duvet, and limited accessible power sockets.

Amenities

Good — apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and washing machine, but basic supplies were missing (no washing-up liquid, sponge, kitchen tissue, or complimentary detergent/washing pod) and few usable sockets.

Food and Beverage

Positive interactions at breakfast (cheerful omelette-station attendant who remembered orders) but breakfast was also noted as disappointing in the headline; overall mixed-positive.

Overall Experience

Positive overall — beautiful, spotless apartment and standout staff contributions improved the stay, though hampered by a poor check-in experience and some missing room/amenity basics.
