Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Sustainability Certifications

Property follows a brand or regulatory agency's sanitization guidelines We Care Clean (Best Western)

Cleanliness

Multiple reviews report poor cleaning: dirty bathrooms, hair, urine on toilet base, stale-smelling towels and bedsheets; cleanliness is a clear weakness.

Service

Staff repeatedly described as very friendly and helpful; service and breakfast service specifically praised in several reviews.

Location

Located slightly outside city centre but convenient for drivers with free/close parking; some reviewers call it ideal for car travel.

Room Quality

Rooms often described as spacious, modern and comfortable (large beds, good furnishings), but some reports of bad odors and overly hard beds.

Amenities

Good basic amenities noted (mini-fridge, kettle, option to bring dogs, nearby parking); recurring complaint about lack of air conditioning in rooms.

Relaxation at Your Fingertips

Take advantage of the indoor pool, sauna, and complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay at Best Western Hotell Ett. Enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge and indulge in a complimentary full breakfast to kickstart your day.
