Generally reported as clean and 'pulcro' by many guests, but several comments note issues (old carpeting described as 'yucky', occasional ants in toilets, and 'decent but not stellar' housekeeping).

Consistently praised: multiple mentions of friendly, attentive and multilingual staff and helpful reception employees.

Strong riverfront location and good for walking to the old town; many guests valued the riverside views. A few noted it is not perfectly central or can be tricky to reach.

Mixed reports: some guests had large, well-equipped and comfortable rooms with balconies; others reported small rooms, tired decor, lack of lighting and old carpeting.
